ONCOS-102 overview

ONCOS-102 is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including malignant pleural mesothelioma, peritoneal cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer and metastatic colorectal cancer. It is administered through intratumoral and intraperitoneal injection. ONCOS-102 is a genetically modified oncolytic adenovirus (AdV5) carrying a genetic cassette for mRNA-based expression of the cytokine granulocyte macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and is being developed based on virus-based immunotherapy platform.

It was also under development for soft tissue sarcoma, refractory advanced melanoma and metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (second and third line therapy).
