PXL-770 is under development for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH), non alcoholic fatty liver disease,adrenomyeloneuropathy (AMN) form of X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD or ALD), diabetic nephropathy, polycystic kidney disease and diastolic cardiac dysfunction.
