Seribantumab (MM-121, SAR-256212) is under development for the treatment of NRG1 gene fusion positive solid tumors including pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, head and neck cancer, breast cancer, kidney cancer, colorectal cancer, bladder cancer, ovarian cancer, sarcoma, gallbladder cancer, bile duct cancer, esophageal cancer, uterine cancer and prostate cancer.
