TAS-114 is under development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors including gastric adenocarcinoma or gastro-esophageal junction adenocarcinoma, metastatic breast cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer, advanced and pancreatic cancer. It is administered orally. The drug candidate is an antimetabolite small molecule inhibitor of deoxyuridine 5'-triphosphate nucleotidehydrolase (dUTPase) and dihydropyrimidine dehydrogenase (DPD).
