Tebotelimab overview

Tebotelimab (MGD-013) is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including ovarian, gastric adenocarcinoma and gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, malignant mesothelioma, triple negative breast cancer, gastric cancer, melanoma, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma or mixed hepatocellular metastatic biliary tract carcinoma-cholangiocarcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma and hematological malignancies. It is administered as intravenous infusion. The therapeutic candidate is a bi-specific, tetravalent antibody that acts by targeting PD1 and LAG-3. It was also under development for the treatment of recurrent head and neck cancer squamous cell carcinoma.
