AMG-404 is under development for the treatment of advanced solid tumors and relapsed or refractory B cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), malignant mesothelioma, pancreatic cancer, squamous non-small cell lung cancer, small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, melanoma, head and neck squamous cell cancer, urothelial cancer, gastric or GEJ adenocarcinoma, esophageal (squamous, PD-L1 positive), cervical cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, merkel cell carcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma of the skin, renal cell carcinoma, thymic carcinoma and nasopharyngeal carcinoma. The drug candidate is administered through intravenous route. It acts by targeting programmed cell death 1.
