The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 50% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Spain’s pharma industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
F. Hoffmann-La Roche posted 23 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 109.09% over the previous month, followed by Sanofi with 6 jobs and a 20% growth. Centre for Genomic Regulation with 4 IT jobs and PSI CRO with 3 jobs, recorded a 300% flat growth and a 50% flat growth, respectively, while Grifols recorded a decline of 57.14% with 3 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 61.7%, up by 20.83% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 34.04% share, registered an increase of 23.08% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 4.26% share, flat growth over October 2021.
