Globally, the total confirmed cases of Covid-19 have reached over 32,273,000 with more than 983,000 deaths and 22,255,000 recoveries.

The US, India and Brazil remain top three worst-hit countries.

The US will soon reach 7 million total confirmed cases of Covid-19.

After several weeks seeing an overall downward trend in new cases, the US is now seeing another surge in new cases.

This new surge is driven by the flare of new cases reported in the Midwest region.

India is nearing 6 million total confirmed cases of Covid-19.

Chile has experienced a sustained decrease in new daily cases since mid-June.

As Chile approaches the summer, the warmer weather will lead to more outdoor activities which will contribute to the decrease in new cases.

Peru’s second wave which, was larger than the first, is slowly heading to an end. Although new daily cases remain high, they have been on a path of steady decline.
