Synthetic peptides are promising therapeutic candidates for Covid-19

In the fight to find a treatment for Covid-19, novel peptides are being developed and repurposed as therapeutics. Researchers across the world are continuing to search for compounds that treat conditions caused by the infection, as well as those that could block mechanisms important for SARS-CoV-2 infection and replication.
