EuroNanoMed, a European funding initiative under the ERA-Net scheme of the European Commission, has received €8m for collaborative research projects.
The money will be used to find eight projects, which involve 46 partners from ten countries.
The research projects were chosen from 33 applications involving 178 applicant groups from 19 EU member and associated states.
The call for projects focused on the three main sub-fields of nanomedicine – diagnostics, targeted delivery systems and regenerative medicine.
