Resminostat (4SC-201, YHI-1001, BYK408740) is under development for the treatment of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL), mycosis fungoides, sezary syndrome, gall bladder cancer, mycosis fungoides and sezary syndrome and pancreatic cancer. It is administered by oral route in the form of film coated tablet. It acts by targeting histone deacetylase I, IIb and IV.
