Trastuzumab duocarmazine (SYD-985) is under development for the treatment of metastatic solid tumor including HER2 negative low expressing breast cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer and uterine serous carcinoma (USC) (endometrial cancer). The drug candidate is administered through intravenous route as a powdered solution.
