Voyager-V1 is under clinical development by Vyriad and currently in Phase I for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer. According to GlobalData, Phase I drugs for Metastatic Colorectal Cancer have an 84% phase transition success rate (PTSR) indication benchmark for progressing into Phase II. GlobalData’s report assesses how Voyager-V1’s drug-specific PTSR and Likelihood of Approval (LoA) scores compare to the indication benchmarks. Buy the report here.
GlobalData tracks drug-specific phase transition and likelihood of approval scores, in addition to indication benchmarks based off 18 years of historical drug development data. Attributes of the drug, company and its clinical trials play a fundamental role in drug-specific PTSR and likelihood of approval.
Voyager-V1 overview
Voyager-V1 is under development for the treatment of metastatic melanoma and endometrial cancer and for relapsed and refractory hematological malignancies, solid tumors including metastatic colorectal cancer, pheochromocytoma, neuroendocrine tumor, endometrioid adenocarcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, neuroendocrine carcinoma, serous adenocarcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, clear cell adenocarcinoma, mixed epithelial carcinoma, multiple myeloma, relapsed AML, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, T-cell lymphoma such as peripheral T-cell lymphoma, angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, anaplastic large cell lymphoma, myelodysplastic syndrome, cutaneous TCL (CTCL) of mycosis fungoides (MF). The therapeutic candidate is administered by the intravenous and intratumoral route of administration.
