North America emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in November 2021 with a 64.56% share, which marked a 98.7% rise over the previous month.
Europe stood next with 24.47%, registering an 11.54% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with an 8.86% share and a 25% drop over October 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 1.69% and a month-on-month increase of 33.33%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 0.42%, registering a 75% drop over the previous month.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 60.76% share in November 2021, an 111.76% growth over October 2021. Spain featured next with a 9.7% share, up 109.09% over the previous month. Switzerland recorded a 4.64% share, a decline of 8.33% compared with October 2021.

Junior Level jobs held a share of 43.04%, up by 20% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 42.19% share, a growth of 112.77% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 13.92% share, up 3.13% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 0.84%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
