The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 161.9% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Switzerland’s pharma industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Octapharma posted 23 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a flat growth over the previous month, followed by F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 11 jobs and an 8.33% drop. CSL with 9 IT jobs and Idorsia Pharmaceutical with 7 jobs, recorded a 125% flat growth and a 75% flat growth, respectively, while Lonza Group recorded an increase of 400% with 5 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75.76%, up by 233.33% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 15.15% share, registered a decline of 28.57% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 9.09% share, flat growth over October 2021.
