Sun Moral International (HK), a subsidiary of Chinese pharmaceutical company Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group, has acquired the entire equity interest in Ambest Pharmaceutical (China) Company.

“Immuno Holding’s subsidiary 1111267 B.C has reached an agreement to acquire Immunotec.”

The target company is a manufacturer of large-volume injections and was acquired for a consideration of ¥1.1bn ($159.47m).
