AdAPT-001 is under development for the treatment of malignant solid tumor, leiomyosarcoma, chondrosarcoma, chordoma and liver metastases in metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). The therapeutic candidate is a replication competent adenovirus type-5 carrying a TGF-beta trap transgene. It is developed based on Adaptigene oncolytic virus platform. It is administered through intratumor route and hepatic artery infusion. The drug candidate is adenovirus viral vector.
