ANV-419 overview

ANV-419 is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including metastatic melanoma, kidney cancer, lung cancer, renal cell carcinoma, non-small cell lung cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic cancer, colorectal cancer, esophageal cancer, adenoid cystic carcinoma. It is administered through intravenous route. The therapeutic candidate is a bi-specific fusion protein of an interleukin 2 (IL 2) receptor beta and gamma directed interleukin 2, linked to an anti-interleukin 2 antibody with high affinity to IL 2 receptor alpha binding domain of IL 2.

It was also under development for the treatment of  relapsed and refractory multiple myeloma.
