Palbociclib (Ibrance, Agatha) is a pyridopyrimidine-derived cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) inhibitor with high anti-neoplastic activity. It is formulated as hard gelatin capsules, tablets and film coated tablets for the oral route of administration.
