Plamotamab overview

Plamotamab (XmAb-13676) is under development for the treatment of B cell malignancies such as Richter's transformation, follicular lymphoma, relapsed and refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia, Marginal Zone B-Cell Lymphoma and non B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia. It is administered intravenously. The drug candidate is a bi-specific monoclonal antibody that targets tumor antigen binding domain CD20 and cytotoxic T-cell CD3 binding domain.
