Satralizumab (Enspryng) is a humanized monoclonal antibody. It is formulated as solution for subcutaneous route of administration. Enspryng is indicated for the treatment of adult and children's with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) and uveitic macular edema.
