Tazemetostat hydrobromide (Tazverik) is an anti-neoplastic agent. It is formulated as film coated tablets for oral route of administration. Tazverik is indicated for the treatment of adults and pediatric patients aged 16 years and older with metastatic or locally advanced epithelioid sarcoma who are not eligible for complete resection, for adult patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL) whose tumors are positive for an EZH2 mutation as detected by an FDA-approved test and who have received at least 2 prior systemic therapies, and for adult patients with R/R FL who have no satisfactory alternative treatment options.

The drug candidate is administered orally. It is a selective small molecule inhibitor of protein methyltransferase EZH2. It was also under development for chronic myeloid leukaemia, recurrent or metastatic head and neck squamous-cell carcinoma, endometrial cancer, ovarian cancer, peritoneal cancer and uterine cancer.
