Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops AstraZeneca IT hiring in October 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by AstraZeneca, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 56.67% in October 2021, and a 161.54% rise over September 2021, while Miscellaneous Computer Occupations claimed a share of 30% in October 2021, and registered growth of 227.27%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 7.5% in October 2021, a flat growth from September 2021.

North America stood next with 39.17%, registering a 161.11% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 14.17% share and a 30.77% rise over September 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.5% and a month-on-month flat growth.
Mexico commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 20% share in October 2021, a 200% growth over September 2021. US featured next with a 19.17% share, up 130% over the previous month. The UK recorded an 18.33% share, an increase of 144.44% compared with September 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead AstraZeneca IT hiring activity in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 69.17%, up by 245.83% from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 25% share, a growth of 114.29% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Senior job ads with 3.33% share, up 300% over September 2021, while Entry Level postings accounted for 2.5%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
