Top five pharma companies in Canada’s IT recruitment activity in October 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 29.79% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Canada’s pharma industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
Bausch Health Companies posted 22 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 144.44% over the previous month, followed by Alberta Health Services with 15 jobs and a 28.57% drop. Apotex with 10 IT jobs and F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 9 jobs, recorded a 66.67% growth and a 50% growth, respectively, while Trillium Health Partners recorded a flat growth with 5 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72.16%, flat growth from September 2021. Mid Level positions with a 15.46% share, registered an increase of 66.67% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 12.37% share, down 25% over September 2021.
