The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 26.09% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Germany’s pharma industry during October 2021 over September 2021.
CompuGroup Medical SE & Co. posted 20 IT jobs in October 2021 and registered a rise of 66.67% over the previous month, followed by Bausch Health Companies with 15 jobs and a 50% growth. Bayer with 8 IT jobs and Merck with 8 jobs, recorded a 52.94% decline and a 14.29% growth, respectively, while AstraZeneca recorded a flat growth with 7 job postings during October 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in October 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 70.65%, up by 1.56% from September 2021. Entry Level positions with an 18.48% share, registered an increase of 88.89% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 10.87% share, down 16.67% over September 2021.
