Out of the total IT job titles posted by Parexel International, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 79.59% in May 2022, and a 95% rise over April 2022, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 8.16% in May 2022, and registered growth of 300%. Database and Network Administrators and Architects held a share of 8.16% in May 2022, a flat growth from April 2022.

North America stood next with 24.49%, registering a 140% month-on-month growth. Europe was the third leading region with a 12.24% share and a 14.29% drop over April 2022.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 6.12% and a month-on-month increase of 200%. Middle East & Africa stood at the bottom of the table with a share of 2.04%, registering an 80% drop over the previous month.

Junior Level jobs lead Parexel International IT hiring activity in May 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 71.43%, up by 133.33% from April 2022. Mid Level positions with an 18.37% share, a growth of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Senior job ads with 6.12% share, flat growth over April 2022, while Entry Level postings accounted for 4.08%, recording a month-on-month decline of 33.33%.
