The industry’s overall hiring increased by 6.02% in November 2021 when compared with October 2021.

Top five pharma companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 46.15% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
GlaxoSmithKline posted 29 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a drop of 57.97% over the previous month, followed by Bayer with 7 jobs and a 133.33% growth. AstraZeneca with 6 IT jobs and Parexel International with 4 jobs, recorded a 62.5% decline and a 300% flat growth, respectively, while Lundbeck recorded an increase of 50% with 3 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 68.42%, down by 54.65% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 21.05% share, registered a decline of 29.41% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 10.53% share, down 60% over October 2021.
