The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 12.5% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Switzerland’s pharma industry during September 2021 over August 2021.
F. Hoffmann-La Roche posted 6 IT jobs in September 2021 and registered a drop of 40% over the previous month, followed by Lonza Group with 4 jobs and a 300% growth. Idorsia Pharmaceutical with 3 IT jobs and CSL with 3 jobs, recorded a 50% flat growth and a 50% flat growth, respectively, while Biogen recorded an increase of 100% with 2 job postings during September 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in September 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 72%, down by 5.26% from August 2021. Mid Level positions with a 16% share, registered a decline of 33.33% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 12% share, up 200% over August 2021.
