1) Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers recorded a share of 52.24% in November 2021, registering a 72.47% flat growth over the previous month.

Top five pharma companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in November 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average growth of 284.62% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s pharma industry during November 2021 over October 2021.
Evolent Health posted 1,546 IT jobs in November 2021 and registered a rise of 10206.67% over the previous month, followed by Bausch Health Companies with 428 jobs and a 79.08% growth. The Hastings Center with 221 IT jobs and CVS Health with 211 jobs, recorded a 52.41% flat growth and a 7.65% flat growth, respectively, while F. Hoffmann-La Roche recorded an increase of 111.76% with 144 job postings during November 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 63%, up by 71.88% from October 2021. Mid Level positions with a 21.41% share, registered an increase of 25.41% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 13.99% share, up 5.67% over October 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 1.6%, recording a month-on-month increase of 150%.
