Top five pharma companies in the US’s IT recruitment activity in February 2022
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 3.75% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of the US’s pharma industry during February 2022 over January 2022.
Evolent Health posted 493 IT jobs in February 2022 and registered a drop of 20.36% over the previous month, followed by Intermountain Healthcare with 411 jobs and a 37% growth. CVS Health with 203 IT jobs and Oak Street Health with 148 jobs, recorded a 2.01% growth and a 10.45% growth, respectively, while The Hastings Center recorded a decline of 30.32% with 131 job postings during February 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in February 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 55.57%, up by 2.03% from January 2022. Mid Level positions with a 28.3% share, registered an increase of 7.78% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 15.29% share, down 14.75% over January 2022, while Senior postings accounted for 0.84%, recording a month-on-month decline of 59.3%.
