Genomic software and services provider PierianDx plans to expand its unified sample-to-report software platform capabilities through the acquisition of genomics software company Tute Genomics.
Pursuant to the acquisition, PierianDx will be responsible for maintaining Tute Genomics solution until spring 2017, before the software platforms become fully integrated into CGW 6.0.
