Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd has entered a definitive agreement to acquire Anda Inc. from Allergan plc for a purchase consideration of $500m.
According to the agreement, Teva will acquire three distribution centres in Olive Branch, Mississippi, Weston, Florida, and Groveport, Ohio. The transaction is expected to be closed in the second half of 2016.
