According to research by the Austrian Institute for Health Technology Assessment, there are 155 drugs and 79 vaccines currently in development for Covid-19. These findings were published by the institute in Medical Xpress.
Research found that most of the drugs have already been approved for other diseases, however, they still require robust studies demonstrating their efficacy and safety in Covid-19.
