Six life sciences and IT companies have committed to support the EndPandemic National Data Consortium since it launched at the end of March.
The aim of the consortium and its partnerss is to integrate data from all ongoing and future clinical trials in order to accelerate Covid-19 research significantly. The partners will leverage their capabilities to improve data sharing among and across relevant industries.
The six new partners are Andaman7, a symptom survey that integrates into EHR and medical devices, specialist laboratory services-focused Caprion Biosciences, Clinerion and its global patient data network platform, AI-powered life sciences analytics cloud technology company Saama Technology, INDX.AI, an analytics company focused on translational research, and strategy consulting firm Zaylan Associates.
Saama founder and CEO Suresh Katta noted: “These extraordinary times require extraordinary measures of cooperation.
“The [EndPandemic] consortium is a ground-breaking, barrier-busting initiative that will work tirelessly to help end the pandemic, as well as hopefully provide a collaborative model for addressing future public health threats.”
