The UK government has banned almost 200 drugs from parallel export in expectation of deficits caused by the Covid-19 pandemic. However, an industry group has criticised the measures, stating they undermine the supply chain.

The UK’s list of drugs banned from parallel export has increased dramatically in the past two months along with the severity of the pandemic in the country. As of the beginning of this month, the list includes 196 drugs.
