The acquirer company aims to strengthen its pharmaceutical repackaging capabilities through the transaction.
Biotechnology company Anhui Anke Biotechnology (Group) has acquired a 30% stake in a biotech firm for CNY150m ($22.64m).
Both the acquirer and target companies are based in China.
