M&As this week: Sun Moral International (HK), Immuno Holding
Sun Moral International (HK), a subsidiary of Chinese pharmaceutical company Sihuan Pharmaceutical Holdings Group, has acquired the entire equity interest in Ambest Pharmaceutical (China) Company.
The target company is a manufacturer of large-volume injections and was acquired for a consideration of ¥1.1bn ($159.47m).
Immuno Holding’s subsidiary 1111267 B.C has reached an agreement to acquire Immunotec.
The purchase consideration for the acquisition is $0.485 a share.
Based in Canada, the target company develops, manufactures and sells nutritional products.
