For medicinal products used solely by medical personnel, the Information for Professionals can now be within the packaging instead of the Patient Information, with the approval of Swissmedic.
This enclosed Information for Professionals only needs to be in two official languages. The Information for Professionals has to be electronically published in all three official languages, however.
The same rule as before thus applies for parenterals: Information for Professionals in two official languages may be enclosed instead of the Patient Information. They must, however, be published electronically in all three official languages.
