The company’s overall hiring activity increased by 26.62% in July 2021 when compared with June 2021.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Bayer IT hiring in July 2021
Out of the total IT job titles posted by Bayer, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 47.06% in July 2021, and a 2.44% drop over June 2021, while Computer and Information Research Scientists claimed a share of 23.53% in July 2021, and registered a 900% increase. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 10.59% in July 2021, a 12.5% rise from June 2021.

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global pharma IT hiring activity in July 2021 with a 43.53% share, which marked a 42.31% growth over the previous month.
North America stood next with 34.12%, registering a 7.41% month-on-month growth. Asia-Pacific was the third leading region with a 20% share and a 41.67% growth over June 2021.
In the fourth place was South & Central America with a share of 2.35% and a month-on-month increase of 100%.
The US commanded a leading presence in the region’s pharma industry IT hiring activity with a 34.12% share in July 2021, an 11.54% growth over June 2021. Germany featured next with a 16.47% share, up 55.56% over the previous month.India recorded a 12.94% share, an increase of 22.22% compared with June 2021.
Junior Level jobs lead Bayer IT hiring activity in July 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 50.59%, up by 22.86% from June 2021. Mid Level positions with a 36.47% share, a growth of 29.17% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Entry Level job ads with 10.59% share, up 80% over June 2021, while Senior postings accounted for 2.35%, recording a month-on-month flat growth.
