The industry’s overall hiring is decreased by 18.29% in August 2021 when compared with July 2021.

Top five pharma companies in Poland’s IT recruitment activity in August 2021
The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 38.18% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s pharma industry during August 2021 over July 2021.
GlaxoSmithKline posted 17 IT jobs in August 2021 and registered a drop of 29.17% over the previous month, followed by AstraZeneca with 7 jobs and a 66.67% drop. Bayer with 4 IT jobs and F. Hoffmann-La Roche with 4 jobs, recorded a 20% decline and a 300% flat growth, respectively, while Parexel International recorded a decline of 50% with 2 job postings during August 2021.
Junior Level job postings dominate in August 2021
Junior Level jobs held a share of 80%, down by 32.08% from July 2021. Entry Level positions with a 13.33% share, registered an increase of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 6.67% share, down 25% over July 2021.
