AMG-193 overview

AMG-193 is under development for treatment of metastatic or advanced methylthioadenosine phosphorylase (MTAP) null non-small cell lung cancer, MTAP-null squamous non-small cell lung cancer and metastatic or advanced MTAP null solid tumors including bile tract cancer, pancreatic cancer, brain tumor, head and neck cancer squamous cell carcinoma, lymphoma.
