AGEN-1181 is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including angiosarcoma and microsatellite stable tumors but not limited to PD-1-refractory non-small-cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma, gastric cancer, breast cancer, prostate cancer, bladder cancer, head & neck SCC and MSS-colorectal cancer, renal cell carcinoma, metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, metastatic pancreatic cancer, leiomyosarcoma and colorectal cancer. The therapeutic candidate is administered through intravenous route. It is developed based on retrocyte display technology. The therapeutic candidate acts by targeting cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated molecule-4 (CTLA-4).

It was also under development for the treatment of melanoma.
