Cosibelimab is under development for the treatment of hematological malignancies and solid tumor including endometrial cancer, colorectal cancer, small-cell lung cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma, head and neck cancer, advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, metastatic melanoma, metastatic Merkel cell carcinoma, ureter cancer, bladder cancer, urethral cancer,  oral cavity (mouth) cancer, pharyngeal neoplasm, laryngeal cancer, renal cell carcinoma and metastatic transitional carcinoma of the urothelium. It was also under development for the treatment of relapsed and refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma, metastatic non-small cell lung cancer, metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer, blood cancer, hodgkin lymphoma (B-cell hodgkin lymphoma), relapsed and refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).
