CX-2029 is under development for the treatment of solid tumors including squamous non-small cell lung cancer (sqNSCLC), squamous head and neck cancer (sqHNSCC), esophageal cancer, gastroesophageal (GE) junction cancers,
lymphomas including diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma of parotid gland, colorectal cancer, hepatocellular carcinoma, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, malignant pleural mesothelioma, non-small cell lung carcinoma, non-small cell lung carcinoma, ovarian cancer, oncocytic carcinoma of parotid gland, ocular melanoma pancreatic cancer, prostate cancer, perivascular epithelioid cell tumor, soft tissue sarcoma, bladder cancer, thyroid carcinoma, thymoma or thymic cancers, renal cell cancer and hepatocellular cancer. It is administered intravenously. The drug candidate is developed based on probody platform. The drug candidate acts by targeting cells expressing CD71 (transferrin receptor). It was also under development for the treatment breast cancer. It was also under development for Burkitt lymphoma.
