ICT-01 is under development for the treatment of relapsed and refractory solid tumors including bladder cancer, breast cancer, colon cancer, gastric cancer, melanoma, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, metastatic colorectal cancer, metastatic ovarian cancer, metastatic hormone refractory (castration resistant, androgen-independent) prostate cancer and relapsed and refractory hematologic malignancies including acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia, Diffuse large B cell lymphoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and follicular lymphoma.
