JS-006 overview

JS-006 is under development for the treatment of advanced malignancy solid tumor including non-small cell lung cancer, esophageal squamous cell carcinoma, small-cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer squamous cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma.  It comprises of recombinant humanized IgG4κ monoclonal antibody designed to act specifically against human TIGIT which is administered as an intravenous route.
