Magrolimab is under development for the treatment of solid tumor, relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma, oral cavity cancer, oropharyngeal cancer, hypopharyngeal cancer, laryngeal cancer, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, urethral cancer, ureter cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, epithelial ovarian cancer, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer, head and neck cancer, ovarian, indolent lymphoma, metastatic transitional (urothelial) tract cancer, bladder cancer, and atherosclerosis.
