NIU-440 is under development for the treatment of metastatic breast cancer, metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinoma, persistent or recurrent serious epithelial ovarian cancer or primary peritoneal carcinoma, malignant pleural/peritoneal mesothelioma, lung adenocarcinoma and fallopian tube carcinoma.
