SQ-3370 overview
SQ-3370 is under development for the treatment of solid tumors, pediatric sarcomas, advanced soft tissue sarcoma, relapsed or recurrent squamous-cell head and neck cancer. The drug candidate comprise of two components SQL-70, a hyaluronic acid-based biomaterial and SQP-33, a prodrug of doxorubicin. SQP-33 is administered through intravenous route and SQL-70 is administered through intratumoral route. It acts by targeting DNA topoisomerase II and DNA. It is developed based on Shasqi’s local activation technology. It was under development for platinum refractory ovarian cancer recurrent and/or metastatic uterine carcinoma, fallopian tube cancer, peritoneal cancer or uterine sarcoma.
