The drug candidate is administered orally as a tablet or capsule. It targets the enzymes Histone-lysine N-methyl transferase EZH1 and EZH2.
It was under development for the treatment of relapsed or refractory acute myelocytic leukemia and acute lymphocytic leukemia.
